Yo-Berry!
This is a recipe I made! It is a mixture of strawberry, blueberry, and plain yogurt. It is very healthy. It is a total of 139 calories. I hope you like it!
Ingredients
- A bowl
- 4 strawberries: 16 calories
- Half a cup of blueberries: 43 calories
- 1 plain yogurt: 80 calories
Directions
- Put the 4 strawberries in the center of the bowl.
- Put the half a cup of blueberries around the 4 strawberries. Make sure you do not put the blueberries in the center of the 4 strawberries, because that is where you are going to put your yogurt.
- Pour the yogurt in the center of the 4 strawberries.
